The Fisk Conspiracy employs a number of elaborate surveillance technolgies and
protective measures to accomplish its two most important mission.s The Parimary
misison of Overwatch is to maintain he safety of Preston Fisk, while maintaining
the secrecy of the conspiracy.
The leader of the conspiracy's Overwatch is a man named Griff. He's an old school
spy who saw action during the Cold War. His specialty is surveillance and information
warfare. Following Griff through this novel will give you a better understanding
of surveillnace technologies, body guard practices, and the ways in which these
things are used by the U.S. government.
Preston Fisk's personal security is arrnaged as follows:
1. Minimal close-range protection. To avoid making a spectable.
Fisk spends a lot of time in transit. Known body guards include Christopher,
and Doris.
2. Near-by roaming security. One or more persons who keep a distance of 50-80
meters from Fisk where ever he goes. Known romaers include Doris, who seems to
be the most common protector in this capacity.
3. Overatch element B. This is a team of not less than six protection specialists
who procced Fisk towards most destinations. This is not unlike a Secret Service
advance team. The tactical eams that watch over Fisk are known to be equipped
with body armor, night vision, and automatic weapons.
4. Overwatch element A. This is a team of not less than six protection specialists
who follow a discreet distance behind Fisk. This is not unlike a Secret Service
response team. The tactical teams that watch over Fisk are known to be equipped

5. Overatch element C. This consists of a civilian helicopter that is ready for
use at all times. Most especially when Fisk travels. Unconfirmed references suggest
that it is staffed by a pilot and a single security specialist, who may be a
qualified sniper.
